On an exceptionally warm, unusually dry and delightfully sunny winter morning, a trip to visit the citrus farmer is a wonderful way to spend an hour away from the studio, soaking up the colors and texture of her wares, and selecting some to bring back and turn into warm honey-lemonade drinks and quince compote.
Inspiration for ink colors and paper textures is everywhere!
